About This Maker Webpage

About

The content in these pages were developed by Anela Alvidrez as part of her maker portfolio requirement for the completion of the Maker Certificate offered at Sonoma State University.

As a child, Anela was usually found building sandcastles, making mudpies, and running around barefoot at her home in Maui, Hawaii and later Sebastopol, California. Anela is inspired by the way making encourages people to get creative, make discoveries, and have fun while they learn. She hopes that though making she can encourage students to build confidence, be self-motivated, and stay curious about our world and beyond!
