The Children’s Museum offers entertaining evening events for adults to come play, and is also available for private parties and celebrations after hours.

Facility Rentals

The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization

ROOM RENTAL

Dow Event Center (24 person capacity)

Weekdays, Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm

$40/hour Sonoma County residents.  $30/hour CMOSC members & non-profits.

Weekday evenings, Monday through Thursday, 4:30p – 8:30p

$50/hour Sonoma County residents.  $40/hour CMOSC members & non-profits.

Weekend evenings, Friday through Sunday, 4:30p – 8:30p

$60/hour Sonoma County residents.  $50/hour CMOSC members & non-profits.

Includes family bathroom, full-size refrigerator, kitchen sink, counter space and adult-sized tables with chairs (seating for 24).

 

Dow Event Center & Ella’s Art Studio (48 capacity)

Weekday evenings, Monday through Thursday, 4:30p – 8:30p

$70/hour Sonoma County residents.  $60/hour CMOSC members & non-profits.

Weekend evenings, Friday through Sunday, 4:30p – 8:30p

$80/hour Sonoma County residents.  $70/hour CMOSC members & non-profits.

Includes family bathroom, full-size refrigerator, kitchen sinks (2), counter space and adult-sized tables with chairs (seating for 36).
 

AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT RATES

·      $50 – digital projector and 1 screen

·      $100 – digital projector and 2 screens

·      $25 – microphone

·      $5 – easel (each)

 

AFTER-HOURS SITE RENTAL

Available Monday through Sunday, 5pm-10pm

Pricing is for 2-hour event with 1 additional hour for setup and breakdown

$1,200 (up to 100 guests)

$2,000 (up to 200 guests)

$2,500 (up to 300 guests)

  • 5% event discount for CMOSC members
  • Additional hours can be added to event at $400/hour
  • Any overtime exceeding the predetermined event duration will be billed at $500/hour

A 10% discount is given to all non-profit events.

Includes 8 outdoor picnic tables, 30 stackable office chairs, 4 6’ tables, 3 10’x10’ tents, 4 child-size tables and 20 child-size chairs.
