Museum on the Go

Pricing

  • 1 day with 5 – 6 sessions: $900

  • 2 days with 10 – 12 sessions: $1500
    *2 day Museum on the-Go programs must be on consecutive days and remain in the same space

Program Options

  • Forces and Motion (K to 4th grade)

    Let’s find out more about the pushes and pulls that make things go. In this program, children learn more about basic physics concepts like friction, gravity, and Newton’s First Law. Download the Forces & Motion Teacher Guide.

  • Electric Science (4th to 6th grade)

    Explore electricity, and how it works, while using magnets and circuits. Build your own circuits to make light, noise and motion! Download the Electric Science Teacher Guide.

  • Earth Science (K to 6th grade)

    Explore all the things that make up our planet: rocks, minerals, and water! See how both living and non-living elements affect how we live, and get curious about how it all came to be! Download the Earth Science Teacher Guide.

  • Making Waves

    Explore hands-on exhibits that allow you to see, hear, feel, and understand waves and how they are made.

Pricing

  • $250- two (2) class minimum

  • $125-each additional class (6 class maximum)

Program Options

  • Pre-school

    Pre-school programs can be tailored to age and stage of group to include certain science concepts that include more playful exploration than formal presentation.

  • What’s the Matter (1st and 2nd grades)

    What is matter? Is it a solid? Liquid? Gas? You’ll find out by playing with some exciting sensory materials, gases, solids, and liquids. Download the What’s the Matter Teacher Guide.

Museum on-the-Go Science Nights

Pricing

  • $350 for MOG exhibits and 2 staff for 2 hours

  • $150 for science demonstration w/at least 3 presentations

  • $50 – $75 for a guided take-away activity for 30-100 people $10 for each additional 20 people

Program Options

Experience a mini-Museum complete with 6+ hands-on exhibits with the option of including an interactive science demonstration or activity. Demos and activities can be designed to fit a focused theme if desired.
