Each workshop includes a snack and Museum play and exploration.
Tuesday, Dec 26: Glitter & Goop
Does your child need some calm in their life? This workshop is for them! We’ll make glitter-calming bottles, and fidget gel-bags, and explore sensory activities.
Wednesday, Dec 27: Snow Play
Who says it rarely snows in Sonoma County? We’ll bring some snowy fun to your child as we build snow globes and make fluffy snow slime to take home!
Thursday, Dec 28: DIY Stuffie Creation
It’s time to sew whatever floats your child’s boat in our stuffie creation workshop. Whether the ideal stuffie has paws, teeth, or tentacles, your child will use needle, thread, and fabric to bring it to life!
Friday, Dec 29: Electric Science
It’s electric! In this workshop we’ll build scooter bots (these are robots using toothbrushes, wires and craft supplies), explore our circuit workbench, and learn how electricity works.
Tuesday, Jan 2: Fun with Physics
This workshop will explore all things physics with an Egg Drop challenge, balls and ramps exploration, building, and more! Who knew learning could be this fun?!
Wednesday, Jan 3: Messy Art
Let’s get messy! What can be better than your child making a mess that you don't have to clean up? In this workshop, we'll make prints, play with paint and create collaborative masterpieces.
Thusday, Jan 4: Yummy Science
Ever wondered what the science behind making hot chocolate, or liquid nitrogen ice cream is? Well, you've come to the right place. We'll be exploring the science behind your favorite treats in this yummy workshop.
Friday, Jan 5: Superhero Adventures
Let your child's imagination soar as they create their own superhero characters. Make a cape, mask, and artwork to go with it. At the end of the workshop they'll act out their own superhero story!
