Spanish Storytime with Guadalupe of Colors of Spanish is a weekly Spanish Language Story Time class that incorporates books/stories, music, movement, and fun! This program brings understanding, appreciation, and joy to another language and culture. This program is much more than a Storytime, it’s an engaging/sing-along/celebration of the Spanish language and culture!
Activities and experiences will be provided that encourage your little ones to explore new materials, ignite their natural sense of curiosity and play alongside their peers. You are welcome to engage and explore with them or step back and watch as they learn through play! (Designed for children 10 months – 2yrs)
Come to Garden Party and join Farmer Emily in maintaining our thriving edible garden! Through hands-on science and art activities, you will learn more about sustainable gardening practices you can use beyond our walls in your own home garden. There might even be something to harvest for your next meal!
Meet us in the S.T.E.A.M. Room, adjacent to Ella’s Art Studio, every weekend from 1:00pm – 3:00pm to enjoy and explore an experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math! Toys and materials will be available in this space for your child to engage with at their own pace. A CMOSC staff member will be there to provide expertise and an enhanced experience with the materials.
Sewing machines and materials for hand stitching will be available for use during this facilitated program. Our Art Studio Specialist will be on hand to support your little learners as they explore the art of sewing. Materials and embellishments will be provided. Whether you and your child are new to sewing or experienced, this program is for you!
(Geared toward ages 4+)
