Free Blood Pressure & Glucose Screenings

Providence Health is excited to teach little ones all about how to stay happy, healthy, and heart-friendly! The first step to preventing heart disease & type 2 diabetes in your family is through education and regular screenings.

Providence Health wants to provide cardiovascular disease screenings throughout the community to prevent CVD through early detection and prevention and recommendations for primary care and treatments if needed.

This program will be hosted outside of the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County.
