Access for All Programs

We understand that not every family can afford admission to the Children’s Museum, which is why we have programs like Access for All. At the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County, we are committed to ensuring that all families have the opportunity to experience, learn, and grow in the areas of science, art, and the natural world. We aim to inspire curiosity and creativity in all children through joyful, transformative experiences. This is critical for early childhood development and the personal health and well-being of each child. And it is our mission to provide this opportunity to every child in Sonoma County, regardless of their family’s ability to pay admission or membership.

Check out the many ways we are making the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County accessible for all.

Discounted Admission at the Children’s Museum

As part of the Institute of Museum and Library Services’ Museums for All initiative, the Children’s Museum provides discounted admission to visitors who are receiving CalFRESH/EBT assistance.

Access Memberships

The Access Membership program is designed to serve families receiving assistance, who are not able to afford the annual cost of membership. For more information about the different levels of Access memberships, click here.

Access for School Kids

The Access for School Kids (ASK) program makes it possible for students of all different socio-economic backgrounds from all over Sonoma County and as well as neighboring counties to take advantage of the Children’s Museum’s enriching, science-based learning opportunities.
