Employment Opportunities

Art Studio Coordinator

The Children’s Museum seeks an experienced, and outgoing, Art Studio Coordinator (ASC) to assist in art programming (activities) and facilitation. The ASC will also create weekly facilitated art programs that will allow for more in-depth, guided art experiences in the Ella’s Art Studio. Working together with our programs team and entire CMOSC staff, the ASC will incorporate hands-on art projects that work hand-in-hand with our seasonal activities and themes. (Please note: this is a donor-funded one-year position.)

PLAYologist

The Children’s Museum is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing person for our PLAYologist position. PLAYologists are integral to the day-to-day operations and overall success of the Children’s Museum. They are highly motivated and outgoing individuals whose primary role is to provide exceptional experiences to all of our visitors through play, program facilitation, and policy enforcement.

The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County (CMOSC) is a nonprofit founded in 2005 with the mission to inspire children’s creativity and stimulate their curiosity to discover the world through playful exploration of the arts and sciences. Designed for families with children from infant to age 10, the Museum offers interactive, hands-on exhibits and experiences focused on art, nature and science.
